Terms & Conditions

The person listed as the customer on our booking form is responsible for making the booking for themselves or their entire group. He/She must take the entire responsibility on behalf of his/her group, including all fees and any cancellations. If a company makes the booking, the company is responsible for all fees and cancellations.  

The following are the terms and conditions for Wolfe Coaches:

  1. Wolfe Coaches is a broker that has an extensive number of professional drivers who drive a variety of vehicles including minibuses and coaches. Transport vehicles are available in a variety of models and ages. The vehicle allocated to your reservation in some cases may not be available. In these instances, an alternative will be provided. If Wolfe Coaches cannot fulfil the reservation, a full refund will be offered to the customer. No further compensation or claims can be made against Wolfe Coaches. Wolfe Coaches will do everything possible to provide alternative transportation to minimize disruptions to your plans.
  2. If the vehicle becomes dirty due to untidiness or travel sickness, the customer agrees to pay a cleaning fee of £60 to the driver.
  3. Sometimes there are delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We will try to arrive at your destination on time. We will do our best to replace your driver/vehicle if they are delayed due to breakdowns or accidents. However, we cannot be held responsible or pursued if this happens.
  4. If the customer requests to keep the vehicle for a longer period than the original quoted and ordered, there will be an additional charge. The driver will set these charges at his discretion and in a fair manner for the customer. Instant payment is required by cash or debit card.
  5. This payment is non-refundable once you've made your reservation and paid the 25% deposit. The balance of the payment must be made 7 days before travel.
  6. Our vehicles are No Smoking, No Illegal Substance Use Vehicles. The driver will terminate the rental immediately if he learns that the rules have been broken.
  7. According to the rules and regulations, drivers can only allow a limited number of passengers to travel in the vehicles. A passenger who is not insured and poses a danger to other road users and passengers in the vehicle should never be allowed to travel.
  8. The driver may be delayed on occasion. Drivers are all experienced and will always use the best route, even if it is not the fastest or shortest.
  9. Wolfe Coaches is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings, including luggage. If you lose your luggage or any other belongings, please inform the driver.
  10. If the vehicle is damaged by the customer or anyone under the care of the client, an invoice will be issued and payment demanded immediately for the repair of the damage.
  11. Vehicles are operated under a strict policy of no alcohol consumption on board.
  12. All amendments to a booking must be made at least 72 hours before the travel date. It must be confirmed by written confirmation that your request was approved and acknowledged.
  13. You must give a minimum 15-day notice if you wish to cancel your booking or terminate it. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if this isn't done. All Bookings that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount. Wolfe Coaches will provide 48-hour notice if a driver and vehicle are not available.
  14. The customer is responsible for wearing a seatbelt at all times while traveling in our vehicle. Seatbelt laws and signs are displayed in all of our vehicles. All passengers older than 14 must wear a seatbelt. All passengers in the vehicle are required to follow the road rules and regulations.
  15. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you have not received your driver name and number before your journey. Usually, we send the Driver's Name and Number 24 hours before your trip. Please contact us if you haven't received the driver's details. This information may not be available immediately. It will be given a few days before your travel.
  16. Please do not pay any money to the drivers if they ask you directly. Please confirm with our office if you are asked to make any payments. You will be notified in advance if you need to pay any money. You should never be asked to pay extra money by the driver.
  17. Sometimes, the vehicle will not arrive when you have booked it. In some cases, delays can occur and you may need to wait for up to 45 minutes. If your driver is delayed, you can call the driver directly to track their location. We will not refund you if you decide not to wait. We are not responsible for any delays.
  18. It is possible that the Make and Model of your vehicle may be different from what you originally reserved. In the event that a particular vehicle type is not available, we will use 3rd-party companies to meet your transportation requirements. If your preferred vehicle type is not available, we will not be held responsible. 

Customer Checklist:

  1. I understand that my deposit will not be refunded
  2. I understand that in certain circumstances, my preferred vehicle may not be available and an alternative vehicle will be provided.
  3. I am aware of the fact that Wolfe Coaches will charge a fee to provide this service. This fee is included in my deposit.
  4. I understand that delays may occur that are beyond the driver's control or the company's.
  5. I have given the correct information regarding pick-up and drop-off
  6. I have given the correct itinerary and number of passengers, luggage, and baggage
  7. I understand that if my booking request changes at a later date, additional charges may apply.
  8. I understand that the price of my quote may change due to circumstances outside Wolfe Coache's control.
